Building insurance is not free of potholes. I do not want to name the company with which I had registered. They even hiked my premiums because of my low credit. There is no insurance law that states a low credit people should be refused with insurance. Since many companies turned me down I went with this company. And they had exploited me to the core.

I was pretty much grumbling over such and I came to know of several companies that do not give a damn to what your credit score says. It was my foolishness to go with such a company with a low feeling that my credits have killed my life to the core making everything costly for me. Well, that was not what I was coming to tell, my new company has to say that I can avail a discount for metal roofing. My intention to blog out here is to let you guys know that metal roofs have re-sale value to your home. A fire coverage discount is for sure a possibility if you are trying to get a building insurance done for your building. And, embers setting fire on metal roof is pure crap. It truly does not.
